Ghanaian video vixen Pamela Odame has sparked conversation with her comments on family structures, stating that the idea of a man being the head of a family is rooted in biblical teachings but unrealistic in modern times.

According to her, even though she agrees with that, the widely accepted position is putting unnecessary pressure on men, particularly at a time when women are equal providers in homes.

Speaking in an interview the social media sensation said she loved being pampered by her man as a ‘baby girl’ status; however, she will not hesitate to provide the needed support in the union should he lack the financial muscles to play the role.

“I agree that the man is the head of the family, and the bible even teaches that, but in modern times, things have changed. In today’s world, women are playing roles that were traditionally reserved for men in families.

“ And so it’s difficult to maintain that they are heads of families when some flaunt the title but are just lazy. Women are working very hard like me, and with some even providing more for the well-being of their families, she stated.

She pointed out that she wouldn’t mind supporting her man since she holds the belief of being a good support system for her partner.

“Why would anyone have a problem and see it as ‘a woman taking up a man’s role’? In this civilized world of ours, it should not be seen that way; rather, I believe in partners supporting each other, and if one person is slightly handicapped at that moment, the other person should gracefully take up the mantle. It is not a big deal if you support him in that state,” she said.
