Former President of the Republic, Jerry John Rawlings has called on delegates to vote wisely.
He said this after casting his vote at the Klottey-korle constituency.
According to him, it is important for delegates to thoroughly assess a candidate before voting for them.
He noted “The time has come for delegates to critically examine parliamentary candidates who try to lure them with ‘sweet’ words. ”
He added “If a candidate is lying, you should be able to tell”.
Dr. Zanetor is contesting the Klottey-Korle Constituency NDC primaries with Leeford Quarshie, Nii Alema Bashiru and Naa Odarkai Lamptey Addy.
The winner will contest on the ticket of the NDC in the 2020 parliamentary election.
