The founder of Graceland Chapel International, Prophet K.B.Y. Ensonyameye, has been beaten to a pulp after attempting to sleep with a married woman at Awutu Bereku in the Central Region.
The married woman, a member of his church, was having issues with her husband and decided to visit the pastor for counselling.
The pastor, in return, told the lady that the issue in her marriage was spiritual, hence the need for them to pray naked together.
The married woman resisted and stopped attending the church, but subsequently, the pastor kept calling her to come for the prayers.
According to the married woman, whenever the pastor called, she called her family together and put the phone on loudspeaker to the hearing of the entire family, including her husband.
At the pastor’s persistence, the family agreed that the lady would allow the pastor to visit her in her home, where they (the family) would hide and see what the pastor would do.
Later in the evening, the pastor visited the married woman in her home and asked the woman to go naked so they could commence the prayers. The lady then told the pastor to take the lead while she picked something and returned to him in the bedroom.
The pastor then went naked while the lady went to call the entire family into the room.
The family beat the pastor to a pulp.
The pastor is currently in the hospital, receiving treatment.
The information gathered indicates that this is not the first time the pastor has engaged in such an activity.
It is reported that early last year, he was arrested for bathing and defiling a 15-year-old girl who was brought to him for healing and deliverance.
