Dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale says his collaboration with American singer, Beyoncé on her Lion King album was just a miracle.
The dancehall artiste says, though he often gets revelations on things bound to happen in his life, he never saw the collaboration coming.
“The first time I heard Beyoncé wanted to do something with me, I was like how? Beyoncé, where did she sleep but I didn’t shake for long because I have always prayed to God to have people like her come my way, so I just thanked God that I was among those who were picked,” he said.
Shatta Wale believes his collaboration with Beyoncé was God’s way of preparing a table before him in the presence of his enemies.

Shatta Wale was featured along side other Nigerian artistes on Beyoncé’s ‘Lion King’ Album.
His song with Beyoncé was titled “Already”. Shatta Wale is the only and first Ghanaian artiste to have done a collaboration with the International superstar.
