GPL Nominees For Player, Coach Of The Month For March Announced

The Ghana Football Association has shortlisted top performers for the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League NASCO Player of the Month and Coach of the Month award for March 2022.

These players were shortlisted based on their brilliance in matches played during the period.

The nominated players are:

Franck Mbella Etouga (Asante Kotoko SC):

Etouga who currently leads the goal king chart has been very instrumental in attack for league leaders Asante Kotoko scoring two goals in four games in March.

Emmanuel Annor  (Bechem United FC):

Annor has scored two goals in four matches for second placed Bechem United in the month of March, and won an MVP title for his effort.

Kelvin Andoh (Karela United FC):

The winger played three games, scored three goals, and picked one NASCO MVP title in the month under review.

Meanwhile, four coaches who led their teams to impressive results in March have also been nominated for the NASCO Coach of the Month Award.

Below are the nominees for the Coach of the Month- March:

Abdul Karim Zito – Dreams FC

Coach Zito led Dreams to two wins, a draw and a defeat in four matches played in March.

Umar Abdul Rabi – Medeama SC

In March, coach Abdul Rabi led Tarkwa based Medeama to two wins, a draw and a defeat.

Kassim Mingle – Bechem United

Coach Mingle led his team to an unbeaten run in March, winning two games and two ending in a draw.

Samuel Boadu – Hearts of Oak

Hearts who are chasing a top 4 finish managed two wins, a draw and one defeat under coach Boadu.

Winners will be announced on the next edition of GFA News, and will recieve a Television set each from sponsors Electroland.
