A shipment of footballs worth $100,000, procured by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) through the FIFA Forward program, has recently landed in the country.
The GFA, at the forefront of this initiative, is now gearing up to clear this substantial investment from the port and initiate the distribution process to the Regional Football Associations (RFAs).
The footballs were procured to help bolster Colts Football development in Ghana.
The next crucial step in this endeavor involves the careful distribution of these footballs to the Regional Football Associations, the backbone of football development in various regions of the country.
The Ghana FA has outlined a meticulous plan wherein the RFAs will play a pivotal role in disseminating these footballs among Colts Clubs spanning different regions.
In a statement issued by the Ghana Football Association, it was revealed that representatives from the Regional Football Associations (RFAs) will soon be extended invitations to the GFA Secretariat.
A portion of the footballs will be Size 4 for usage by U13 and U15 Colts clubs, with the remainder being Size 5 for U17 Colts clubs.
