Ghana midfielder, Thomas Partey has suffered a fresh injury.
The 28-year-old missed the Gunners’ 2-1 home win against Fulham on Saturday night at the Emirates Stadium.
According to the club, Partey missed the game after suffering a thigh injury during Friday’s training session.
Partey has been a key player in Arsenal’s wonderful start to the 2022/23 season.
Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny replaced Thomas Partey alongside Xhaka in midfield.
Arsenal sit top of the Premier League log with 12 points.
It is unknown how long Partey will sit out.
