His Worship Cynthia Ohene granted the request and ordered that Frank Arhin remain in custody until the next hearing.

According to the police, the incident unfolded on November fifteen when the teenage son of the deceased visited the home of the accused in Newtown with a friend.

They had gone there simply to call the daughter of the suspect. Officers say Frank Arhin became upset and allegedly assaulted the boy.

In a disturbing turn of events, the accused allegedly attacked the man with a cutlass and fled into nearby bushes around the college campus.

Police responding to a distress call found the sixty-one-year-old security guard lying in a pool of blood with a severe throat wound.

He was confirmed dead at the scene.
