The Baba Yara Sports stadium in Kumasi will host Asante Kotoko’s second leg clash against RC Kadiogo in the CAF Champions League preliminary round match.
This development comes after the CAF Club Licensing department granted the club the license to use the stadium for their home games.
Confirming the decision, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) attributed it to a collaborative effort with the National Sports Authority, ensuring that the stadium met all the club licensing requirements.
The game will take place on Sunday, September 18, 2022, and will kick off at 3 pm.
Ivorian referee, Patrick Tanguy Jean Phillipe Vlei, has been named referee for the match and will be assisted by compatriots, Koabenam Prosper Adiouman, Kalidou Bamba and Kouassi Frederic Francois Biro.
