The Academy is one of the nation’s most prestigious security training institutions, and he commended the 443 Cadets, part of the approved increased intake of 2,000, for successfully passing the rigorous selection and training regimes to become senior officers in the Service.
In addition to the dormitories, classroom blocks and a Dining Hall which have been delivered at the Training School, Dr Bawumia announced plans by the Government to deliver essential equipment such as Fire Tenders and Rapid Intervention Vehicles in the course of the year 2023.
