Great Olympics will welcome Heart of Lions to the WAFA Park for the Week 19 of the Ghana Premier League clash.

The host will be hoping to maintain their winning run after securing a narrow away win over Bofoakwa Tano at the Sunyani Coronation Park last weekend.

The two-time Ghana Premier League winners began the second half of the campaign on a good note and are eager to maintain their form in subsequent matches.

The Dade boys parted company with Annor Walker before the start of the second round following an unimpressive result in the first half. It appears his departure is paying off after securing victory upon league resumption.

Great Olympic sits 10th on the domestic top-flight table with 24 points after 18 matches into the campaign.

They will hope for a win but they come up against Heart of Lions, who are also desperate for points. Bashir Hayford’s outfit shocked giants Kotoko at the Kpando Stadium last weekend and are highly motivated to go to the Olympics clash.

The Ghana Premier League returnees inflicted a 1-0 win over Kotoko, courtesy of Godfred Kwadwo Asamoah’s goal as the battle against relegation continues.

The win against Kotoko ensured they moved out of the bottom of the table to 16th. They will approach the game with all seriousness, knowing that a win against the Olympics could push them further on the league table.
