Ghana’s Under-17 team, the Black Starlets, have completed their preparations for the 2024 WAFU Zone B Under-17 Championship third-place playoff against Nigeria later today.

Following a disappointing semi-final loss to Burkina Faso on Saturday, the team regrouped at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday afternoon to strategize and refocus.

After a recovery session on Sunday, the team had an intense training session led by coach Nana Kweku Agyemang and his technical team.

Determined to end the tournament on a high note, the Black Starlets aim to secure a respectable third-place finish.

In high spirits and eager to showcase their skills, the team is ready to face the Golden Eaglets in a thrilling match at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.

The time for today’s game is 16:00 GMT.
