The Hague Bluff

In Holland, this simple dessert is a great favorite of the children.

1 egg white.

Half cup sugar.

3 tablespoons red currant or raspberry syrup.

Beat the egg white until fluffy. Add the sugar and syrup, a little at a time, and continue beating until light and fluffy. Spoon into dessert dishes and serve with cookies.
