The arrests were made on Saturday, December 20, 2025, following an intelligence-led operation by the Police Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team.
The incident, which occurred in Kade, triggered widespread public outrage and prompted swift police action to protect the child.
The suspects were arrested at Okumani and have been identified as Stephen Amoako (22), the father of the child, Tawiah Precious (18), also known as T’ Moni and Emmanuel Dadzie (24), known as Shapiro.
All three are currently in police custody and are expected to appear in court soon.
