The heavy downpour on Monday, July 8, has left parts of Asylum Down and its environs inaccessible.
Floods in the capital every time it rains, have become a usual phenomenon and the Monday rains left no surprises.
A tour of some areas around Asylum Down showed major flooding and the destruction caused.
