The Okyehene, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin has expressed worry over the concentration of ministries in the national capital, Accra.
He has called for a regional distribution of ministries which he explained would help stem migration and movement to Accra.
He tagged his recommendation, ‘one region, one ministry’ while he delivered a lecture at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Hall at the University of Education, Winneba in the Central region.
There are at least 23 Ministry buildings in Accra.
According to the Okyehene having such a concentration makes no sense.
