An Okada rider has been found dead with his throat slit at Kwabenya Comet in Accra, in what residents are calling another horrifying act of violence in the area.
The brutal murder comes just months after immigration officer Stephen Amoah was killed in a similar fashion in the same community, deepening fears of a growing security crisis.
Terrified residents say the pattern of violent crimes is creating an atmosphere of fear and are calling for immediate and decisive action from the police.
The police have since launched an investigation into the killing, but no arrests have been made yet.
