The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially confirmed that Bibiani Gold Stars and Asante Kotoko will represent the country in the 2025/26 CAF Interclub competitions.
Bibiani Gold Stars, having won the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League, will make their debut in the CAF Champions League.
The team, known as the Miners, secured the league title with 63 points under the guidance of head coach Stephen Frimpong Manso.
This achievement marks a remarkable rise for the club, just three seasons after their promotion to the top flight.
On the other hand, Asante Kotoko SC, one of Ghana’s most successful clubs, will participate in the CAF Confederation Cup.

They earned this opportunity by winning the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup, where they triumphed over Golden Kick FC in the final.
Both clubs are expected to start their preparations soon for their respective campaigns, which will involve completing the club licensing requirements and player registrations mandated by CAF.
