Ghanaian music sensation, Eyfa, has shared insights into her creative process, revealing how deeply she trusts her instincts when crafting music.
Speaking in an interview on Saturday, December 6, 2025, she explained that her approach to songwriting is rooted in emotion and authenticity.
“From the beginning of a song, from scratch, when you want to sing on it, you just trust your gut. Once you believe in those lyrics, everybody who listens to it will also believe in it. That is the power of music, and the power of transferring energy also,” she said.
Eyfa noted that this emotional honesty is what allows her music to resonate widely.
“So, I write just as I feel, so it will be taken, and most times it resonates with everybody,” she added.
She further emphasised her belief in music’s lasting impact.
“When you write good music, you make something that will live forever, and I think that is the purpose — to live forever through the music. We are all going to go one day, and music is the only thing that can live forever.”
