Detoxifying kiwi, avocado and pineapple smoothie recipe

The key to making the perfect detoxifying drink is to make sure you pack in at least two types of vegetables.

To sweeten this one, I have added pineapple and kiwi. These tropical fruits are full of water, great for beating the bloat!

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 300ml coconut water
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ½ tsp coconut oil

METHOD

  1. Place everything in a blender and blitz until smooth.
