Telecommunications giant MTN Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Ghanaian enterprises to grow and thrive through the launch of the MTN and Absa Mini MBA for SMEs.
The initiative reflects MTN’s dedication to making meaningful investments, both financial and human, to ensure the long-term success of high-impact businesses.
Speaking at the launch on August 2, held in partnership with Absa Bank and Nova Business School Africa, Benedict Bentil, Senior Manager for Enterprise Business at MTN Ghana, explained that the programme is designed to equip entrepreneurs and visionary executives, decision-makers in the SME sector, with practical tools, strategic insights, and the confidence to lead.
“Today marks the beginning of something deeply aligned with our purpose at MTN, supporting Ghanaian enterprises to grow, scale, and thrive.
Through the MTN and Absa Mini MBA for SMEs, we are making meaningful investments, not just financially and in human resources, but in your long-term success as high-impact businesses,” he indicated.
He added that the collaboration with Absa Bank is a testament to what is possible when corporate Ghana comes together to deliver real impact and praised Nova Business School Africa as the programme’s academic delivery partner.
“This is MTN walking the talk, we are fulfilling our promise to work with you and do the real work of building and scaling businesses. This is an opportunity to collaborate with your peers, challenge your thinking, and make the most of the expert guidance and networks available to you,” He emphasised.
The 13-week programme will feature full-day, hands-on sessions across four critical areas: strategic growth, financial advisory services, business development, and operational excellence. Participants will also benefit from three additional months of ongoing business development and operational support after the final session.
