Many people are excited about news on the legalisation of okada business in this country.
This has become an imperative, and overdue, because of the widespread patronage of this type of transport.
Safety can be improved and taxes raised with the legalisation.
I wish to propose that the Inspector General of Police must create a new outfit and train new personnel to take charge of okada when legalised.
Do not place the supervision under the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD). They have enough to contend with!
