Former Sports Minister responds to NSA scandal allegations

Former Minister of Sports and Recreation, Mustapha Ussif, together with former National Service Authority (NSA) Director-General, Osei Assibey Antwi, has condemned a report that links him to alleged corrupt activities during his tenure at the NSA.

This statement was released on Tuesday, February 18, in response to claims regarding discrepancies in the NSA’s payroll.

Before his role as Sports Minister, Mustapha Ussif served as the Executive Director of the NSA and was mentioned in a report by The Fourth Estate—an investigative journalism outlet—as a key figure in the Ghost Names Scandal that has impacted the NSA.
