Ms. Emelia Arthur, the Member of Parliament for the Shama constituency, appeared before the Appointments Committee of Parliament today, January 22, following her nomination as Minister-designate for Fisheries and Aquaculture.
She is a development specialist with expertise in local governance, natural resource management, and gender inclusion.
She once served as a Presidential Staffer, Deputy Regional Minister, and District Chief Executive under the previous NDC government.
