Ghana Premier League champions, Samartex FC thrashed Nsoatreman FC 4-0 on Friday afternoon to kick off the 2024 Nsenkyire Cup in style.
The four-team tournament has been put together to help the clubs prepare well for the 2024/25 football season in Ghana.
The first match of the tournament between the league champions and winners of the MTN FA Cup was played at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
At the end of 90 minutes, Samartex FC made light work of Nsoatreman FC to secure a thrilling 4-0 victory.

In the second game of the all-play-all tournament today, Legon Cities FC will take on Nations Football Club.
All clubs are taking advantage of the tournament to get their teams in shape for the next football season.
