Actress and producer Salma Mumin has revealed that Play Management International will be investing $1 million in Ghana’s entertainment industry.
She said that Play Management International is a branding, PR, and filmmaking company in Nigeria, but they operate all over Africa and beyond.
According to Salma Mumin, “Play has plans to invest US$1 million into Ghana’s entertainment industry. They’ve already come out to announce it, and it’s in the pipeline.”
“I’m a household name in Ghana and Nigeria, so being part of ‘Play’ means we are going international,” she told host Caroline Sampson on Friday (14 April).
“We’ve shot a few movies with them and are getting a lot of ambassadorial roles too, but we can’t go too much into them as of now.”
“The series Glamour Girls on Netflix is also a Play management project,” she added.
