Thomas Partey needs to find his rhythm, says Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta

The manager of Arsenal, Mikel Arteta has provided an update on Thomas Partey ahead of the clash against Everton on Wednesday, March 1.

The Gunners will be up against the Toffees at Emirates Stadium tomorrow to battle for three points.

Ahead of the game, Mikel Arteta addressed a press conference on Tuesday. Speaking to the press, the Spanish tactician said Thomas Partey is yet to get back to top shape.

According to him, the Black Stars talisman is yet to find his rhythm.

“He hasn’t trained a lot. He had a session and he will train today (Tuesday 28 February). It’s like that. He was away for a few weeks. He has to find the rhythm,” Mikel Arteta indicated.

Thomas Partey looks set to feature for Arsenal in the game against Everton tomorrow but not as a starter.

He looks likely to come on as a second-half substitute.
