Aduana Stars have terminated their contract with Joseph Asare Bediako following the club’s recent unimpressive performance in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
Asare Bediako, who had a contract with Aduana Stars until 2023, joined the Dormaa-based Premier League side last year as replacement for Paa Kwesi Fabian.
Management of Aduana Stars has relieved the 62-year-old gaffer from his role as the club’s head coach after failing to record a win in their last three matches in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
Despite the Aduana Stars’ poor output this month, Asare Bediako was named the Premier League coach of the month of December by the Football Association earlier today.
Asare Bediako previously had a stint with Berekum Chelsea, Hearts of Oak and Division One League side Unity FC.
Aduana Stars currently lies fourth position on the Ghana Premier League log with 24 points after match-day 15.
